A world reference in high-precision and performance metrology and inspection equipment, the German ZEISS presents a portfolio of solutions at the 13th edition of Intermach – Fair and Congress of Technologies, Machines, Equipment, Industrial Automation and Services for the Metal-Mechanical Industry. Considered the main fair for the metalworking industry in the country, Intermach will bring together businessmen and professionals from the sector, from September 13 to 16, at the Convention and Exhibition Center, Expoville, in Joinville in the North of Santa Catarina.

One of the highlights to be presented is the new version of the measurement software ZEISS Calypso 2022. Reference in dimensional metrology, the program has been updated with more than 60 new functions to ensure a significant increase in quality control, reducing costs and time invested. in the analysis and inspection of components. In the new version of the software, optimizations for automation play an important role in capturing data and analyzing results.

In addition to the tool, ZEISS Metrologia Industrial has a complete line of metrology and inspection equipment to serve the most varied segments of the industry. In the medical area, for example, the company offers solutions that range from receiving raw materials to finishing the product. The portfolio consists of products such as microscopes for metallography, 3D measuring machines with multiple sensors (tactile, optical, laser and roughness) and industrial tomographs.

Computed Tomography (CT) is another highlight of the company for the fair. The equipment has ZEISS X-ray technology, which reveals every detail inside the part without having to destroy it. To present the differentials of the equipment, ZEISS will hold a lecture with the theme “Computerized Tomography for Aluminum and Plastic Industries”. The presentation will take place on Friday (16), from 2 pm to 3 pm, at Sala Margarida (nº12), and will be conducted by ZEISS Sales Manager, Sebastião Santos.

“We offer a broad portfolio of products and solutions for quality control in various segments of the industry, with a complete line of equipment and software for metrology and inspection”, says Alan Assiz, director of metrology at ZEISS Brazil. “We work to improve the technology and performance of our solutions and that’s why we launched the new version of the measurement software ZEISS CALYPSO 2022, which has more than 60 new functions that make it possible to measure parts easily, quickly and reliably”, completes the statement executive.
