For coating thickness measurement, it relies on automated, portable and desk instruments for quick and precise definition. The technology used to material testing can define more accurately parameters including basic composition, ferrite content, conductivity and other properties. The surface inspection relies on appropriate metrological solutions for property characterization, enabling assessing profile, hardness or porosity.

With more than 60-year experience in the market, Fischer develops customized solutions according to each industry specific characteristics and requirements. It operates in aeronautics, aerospace, polymer and plastic, glass and ceramic, metal, textile, car, chemicals, petrochemicals and extraction, electronics, semiconductor, galvanization, anodizing, power, gold, jewelry, sea and transport technology, food, medical, pharmaceutical,  paint and varnish, rigid material coating and recycling market.

About Fischer do Brasil

Fischer is a German company, established in 1953 by Helmut Fischer. It has been in Brazil since 2012, by means of São Paulo branch office. The company has quality accreditation according to ISO 9001:2008, since 1997. It was the first German company to achieve the accreditation DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, to surface dimension measurement quantity, what enables checking calibration patterns in the name of the German accreditation agency, DAkkS, certifying them and making them available to users. The calibration patterns are used, for instance, for X-ray fluorescence instrument calibration, what increases significantly the reliabilities of the measurements performed with this method. It also relies on DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 – English, ISO/IEC 17025:2005 & ANSI/NCSLZ540-1-1994 from the USA, and ISO 17025 SCS (English, German and French) & STS (English, German and French) from Switzerland. Fischer is DIN since 2016 and complies voluntarily with standardization self-regulation, in contribution to global economy competition.
